Bloomfield Orchard Villa is a 50-bed skilled nursing facility in the heart of west Bloomfield. We are easily accessible to most communities in the Lakes area. Augmented by its residential setting, the size of the facility and our family of caregivers creates a home-like atmosphere for both patients and their families.
Our facility takes pride in our homelike environment and our exceptional activity program. Resident’s family members are very involved in the programs we offer and are encouraged to visit as often as possible. Bloomfield Orchard Villa is Medicare and Medicaid certified and has contractual relationship with Blue Cross Blue Shield for supplement insurance to Medicare (other commercial insurance may be considered on an eligibility basis).
