Welcome to Grayling Nursing and Rehabilitation Community. The community of Grayling is just a few miles from the Hartwick Pines State Park, and Camp Grayling, home of the largest National Guard base in Michigan.
Our 72-bed Medicare and Medicaid certified facility offers quality 24 hour nursing care and comprehensive rehabilitation therapy. Our philosophy at Grayling Nursing and Rehabilitation Community is to treat each individual with honor, respect and dignity.
