Welcome to Heartland Health Care Center - Georgian Bloomfield. Heartland offers comprehensive medical and special services to meet the needs of each patient. Our InterMed rehabilitation unit was developed to provide complex medical care and intensive rehabilitation services for high acuity patients. Our rehabilitation therapy area includes physical, occupational and speech therapy while our activities program provides a wide variety of entertainment, exercise, music, crafts, intergenerational programs and social hours. Our specialty services include respite and short-term stay programs that give families the opportunity to take time off from the demands of caring for their loved ones at home.
