Welcome to Heartland of Canton, located at 7025 N. Lilley Road, just south of Warren Road. This state-of-the art facility opened in the Fall of 2005 and features 24-hour skilled nursing and intensive rehabilitation programs for short-term patients transitioning from hospital to home. The center offers spacious rehabilitation areas, attractive social areas, outdoor courtyards and private and semi-private rooms. In addition, the center offers amenities to meet the short-term patient’s personal needs including home assessment, family education, Internet access, selective dining and a coffee bar. Flat screen televisions in the rooms have speaker jacks on the wall by the bed and the speaker can be placed on the pillow for more privacy and convenience. The call light system includes a paging system directly to the staff which allows for quicker response and less noise from an overhead paging system.
