Laurel Park West is an assisted living facility, not a nursing home, though we do have a registered nurse and 24 hour full time staffing by very compassionate and caring resident assistants as well as 24 hour on-call home care staff to provide and monitor the health and well being of our residents around the clock, as well as assist with medications and all care related issues in a professional dignified manner. We also have visiting physicians, podiatrist, on-site Physical Therapy, Occupational Therapy and provide pharmacy services. We have a close partnership with a home health care agency that can assist when more care is required and ordered by either our doctors or your own family care physician.
