Welcome to our Extended Care Facility. Here are some highlights of our program:
* We are a 43-bed licensed and certified skilled nursing facility
* Short term and long term care provided
* Connected to MRH's acute care services with easy access to emergency care
* A Registered Nurse supervisor is on staff 24 hours per day
* We provide dietary services with menus planned by a registered dietitian for well-balanced meals served daily
* Physical, Occupational, and Speech Therapy are provided as needed or directed by a physician
* Daily activities are planned by our staff activities coordinator and tailored to our residents' interests
* Personal grooming services are available for our residents
* Our facility's pets and birds give a feeling of "at home" companionship
* Hospice services are provided by United Hospice Service, which is licensed through MRH
