Nestled in nearly 30 acres of a rolling meadow overlooking Little Traverse Bay and a 1/2 mile from charming downtown Harbor Springs, Perry Farm Village Senior Living Community offers a vast array of residential and service options: from detached cottages to duplexes to condominiums to assisted living.

At Perry Farm Village, residents purchase their homes, as they would any other condominium. This affords them the ability to enjoy all of the tax and investment benefits of home ownership as well as a continuum of care they may need in their later years of life. We do, however, have some investors who have purchased units and are leasing them out. It is for this reason we have units available for lease, too.

Perry Farm Village offers both independent and assisted living services. The assisted living services are available in any unit anywhere within the magnificent development. Our residents do not have to relocate to receive the care they desire!

As you would imagine with a property of this quality, you’ll find an experienced, nurturing staff including a Registered Nurse and Wellness Coordinator. And an appointment in the Village Salon or with a Massage Therapist is just a phone call away.

Venture outside of the Perry Farm Village property, ½ mile down the road, and you will find yourself in downtown Harbor Springs. Located on the Great Lakes’ deepest harbor, lies this small waterfront community. A lively tourist destination since before the turn of the last century, Harbor Springs and its surrounding areas offer enchantment and enjoyment to visitors and simple serenity to residents.

Harbor Springs was settled by Native Americans during the eighteenth century. It has a vibrant business community and an abundance of natural beauty. Regardless of the season, northern Michigan provides an endless assortment of activities. The area is known for its four season hospitality, unique dining, outstanding shopping and some of the best golf in the Midwest. Local artisans, musicians and performers offer an array of cultural activities including gallery exhibitions, concerts, and theatre performances.
If you venture beyond Harbor Springs and its surrounding area, you can travel south as far as beautiful Traverse City and north to Mackinaw Island, and through the state's Upper Peninsula all within a day's time.
