Victorian Pines Estates Apartments

The apartments at Victorian Pines Estates include a kitchenette with refrigerator, stove, microwave, and double sink. The bathroom has a vanity, mirror, cabinets, toilet, and walk-in shower. Residents may furnish and decorate the apartment as they wish with treasures and belongings from home. There are a variety of views from the living room and bedroom windows overlooking the hillside or a sunset view over Iron Mountain.

Monthly rental includes use of the above facilities, 24-hour daily assistance, daily activities, 3 meals a day, snacks, plus transportation to allowable scheduled appointments and weekly shopping trips to local businesses.
Meals

Residents receive a daily menu to choose their meal preferences for breakfast, lunch, and dinner. Special diets and dietary restrictions are accommodated for our residents. Meals are served in our elegant dining room where they are often entertained with delightful music from our Baby Grand player piano or enjoy the cozy fire in the dining room fireplace.
Residents are also offered a daily juice break in the morning and snacks in the afternoon

Activities

Victorian Pines offers daily activities for our residents to enjoy. We offer exercise in the morning Monday through Friday. In the afternoons there is a different activity such as games, bingo, movies with popcorn, crafts, Bible Study, Trivia, musical groups, or visits from school children that our residents enjoy.

Beauty Salon

The Beauty Salon is open several days a week for shampoo/sets, hair cuts, perms, coloring and other beauty services.

Laundry Facilities

Laundry facilities are located on each floor for the residents. A resident may choose to be independent with laundry or obtain assistance from our staff.
