Grand Blanc Rehabilitation and Nursing Center, with the largest ventilator care program in Michigan, offers a full continuum of services to meet you or your loved one’s health care needs. The single-story Center is located close to I-75 and is 20 minutes from major Flint hospitals. Our large, well-equipped Therapy Gym features a separate Occupational Therapy treatment area.
The Rehabilitation Department has more than 50 years of clinical experience, which allows Residents to achieve their optimal return to full function. Physical, Occupational and Speech Therapies are provided six days each week. We use an interdisciplinary approach with routine care conferences, family training and proactive discharge planning.
