Hazel I. Findlay Country Manor (HIFCM) employs registered and practical licensed nurses who provide 24 hour nursing care for 157 residents who require assistance less than hospitalization. They are assisted by state certified resident care aides and consultant therapists who are under the direction of the resident's physician. HIFCM accepts Medicare and Medicaid, private pay, as well as, third party insurances.
The Skilled Nursing Services at Hazel I. Findlay Country Manor are designed for residents who are in need of 24 hour care and rehabilitation services to assist them in rehabing after an acute or short-term illness. The skilled level of care provides the regular services of a registered nurse for treatments and procedures and also services provided by specially trained professionals, such as physical and occupational therapists. With a resident's progress, immediately following the treatment, a discharge plan will implemented to assist a resident in returning home and/or to a lesser level of care, such as, an independent living retirement apartment with services and amenities that enable a senior to remain independent for an extended period of time.
