North Ottawa Care Center at Heartwood Lodge is a resident-centered facility where up-to-date professional care combines with warmth and comfort to provide your loved one with personalized, compassionate, high quality care. Our staff takes great pride in providing a home-like atmosphere ensuring that everyone is cared for with the utmost dignity and respect.
Our 84-bed skilled nursing and rehabilitative facility is divided into three neighborhoods offering both private and semi-private rooms. Each neighborhood specializes care to the individual needs of the residents, including our new short-term rehabilitation neighborhood.
North Ottawa Care Center at Heartwood Lodge is an Eden Alternative® facility which seeks to create a home-like atmosphere where residents are encouraged to participate in their care and surroundings at all levels of independence and functioning.
